As a 100% woman-owned, woman-led, and disabled-owned independent publisher and New York State small business,  Components Source embodies the core values of diversity, integrity, and our core values of non-discrimination and non-exploitation in everything that we do, every day. With that in mind, we have introduced our Ethics and Compliance Reporting protocols.

As the first and only known business of our kind in the world serving our industry, we are deeply committed to operating with integrity and in full compliance with all applicable worldwide laws, regulations, and policies. Our foundational values of honesty, transparency, and respect for all individuals guide our actions internally with our team of employees, contributors, and suppliers, as well as externally with our clients, audience, and the professional community we serve. For us, this means acting with honesty, transparency, authenticity, sincerity, upholding strong ethical principles, and valuing each person’s unique voice, perspectives, qualities, and rights.

These values, along with our unwavering commitment to accountability, reflect our dedication to maintaining a robust compliance culture. This commitment is not just a statement on paper but a principle we actively uphold in all aspects of our business. We are prepared to take all necessary steps to ensure that Components Source is managed in alignment with these values. We encourage you to be part of this commitment.

To support this, we have established an Ethics and Compliance Reporting Hotline—a dedicated, confidential channel for reporting any concerns about potential illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. This hotline is available to our employees, clients, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. If you feel uncomfortable reporting concerns through normal communication channels or wish to remain anonymous, the Ethics and Compliance Hotline is available to you.

All reports made to the Ethics and Compliance Reporting Hotline are thoroughly investigated and handled with confidentiality by trained professionals. Callers have the option to remain anonymous or provide their contact information. Components Source relies on this information to continually improve our processes and practices. We strictly prohibit any form of retaliation against individuals who, in good faith, report a potential violation or participate in an investigation. Even if the investigation does not substantiate the concern, we will take appropriate action against anyone found to be engaging in retaliatory conduct.

How to Access Our Ethics and Compliance Reporting Hotline

The Components Source Ethics and Compliance Hotline is available 24/7, 365 days a year. You can report any ethical or compliance concerns by calling our toll-free number at +1 (800) 309-6150 or by sending a confidential email to enquiries@componentsource.com.
